OUR STORY
Founded on the idea that support should feel human.
Victor was founded in 1968 by Dave Favor. As a child, he was removed from his family home and placed in an orphanage. That experience shaped a clear belief: young people facing difficult moments deserve care that feels closer to family than to an institution.
More than five decades later, that belief still guides Victor's growth across California, through Victor Treatment Centers and Victor Care Network.

Annually we produce reports for our Community Support Services (VCSS) and our Treatment Centers (VTC), as well as for how we are doing within Victor as an employer.
